Sophia after the race

Every mile makes a difference

Sophia took part in the Hackney Half Marathon as part of Team Marsden and shared with us what it feels like and why you should lace up your trainers and get involved:

"I was never really a runner before I started my 12 week training course for the Hackney Half Marathon. I knew fundraising for a charity close to my heart is what was going to make me stick it out.

Not only am I so pleased I completed the run but I'm over the moon with how much I got sponsored by all my supportive family and friends."

Thanks to our supporters we can continue to be there for everyone who needs us.
