How we'll support you

We’ll send you out a fundraising pack which contains: 

  • A t-shirt for you to wear during your challenge 
  • Your own mile tracker to pin to the fridge as you tick those miles off 
  • Tips and advice to help you make the most of your challenge 

Our fun and friendly online community will be there to support you all the way, share top tips and keep you motivated throughout January. If you have any queries, our team will be on hand in the Facebook group, every day 09:00 - 21:00.

Since 2021 our amazing Jog 40 miles in January participants have raised over £1.5m for groundbreaking cancer research at The Royal Marsden.

The Royal Marsden is leading the way in cancer research, with over 800 clinical trials, involving thousands of patients from across the UK. Your fundraising will ensure we can continue to support this pioneering research and help transform the lives of cancer patients.
