The Thames Path Ultra Challenge invites you to walk, jog or run a distance of your choice, against the fantastic backdrop of England’s greatest river.
With 75km, 50km, 25km and 10km challenge options also available – there’s a challenge for everyone – and you can join as an individual or as a team of friends or family.

Whether you sign up by yourself or with a group, pick your distance and choose the ‘Full Charity Sponsorship’ to get your 50% off registration fee.

The Thames Path Route
Whether you take on the full 100km route, or a shorter challenge, join Team Marsden to discover the beauty of the England's greatest river while raising vital funds for ground-breaking cancer research.
- Start in South West London at leafy Bishops Park
- Follow the bends of the River Thames through Richmond and towards Deer Park
- Pass the magnificent sights of Hampton Court Palace
- Continue on to the meandering waterways of Runnymede
- Head north towards Windsor Castle and Cookham
- Finish your trek at Henley-on-Thames, famed for its regatta, with a well-earned hot meal and celebration
