You choose your challenge

However you take it on, the trek will test your stamina. But don't worry – you'll be supported all the way. The beautiful views, the fantastic camaraderie and finally getting over that finishing line to your medal, and a glass of bubbly, will never match the amazing sense of achievement.

The challenges are brilliantly supported with hot food, snacks and drinks, rest stops, medics and masseurs. There's also a handy shuttle bus to local stations and halfway points.

Full Challenge – 100km

Even for the longest of the Thames Path challenges, there are choices to be made. Choose whether to do it as an individual or as part of a team. Choose whether to do Putney Bridge to Henley as a 24+ hour walk day and night (33 hour maximum) or the two day option: 50km on Saturday and 50km on Sunday. And you can choose the speed – you can run, walk or jog the route!

Registration fee: £40

Fundraising Target: £575

Half Challenge – 50km

Whether you do it as an individual or as part of a team, for the Half Challenge you get to choose between two different 50km options. Plus you can choose the speed you tackle the challenge: you can run, walk or jog the route.

Registration fee: £30

Fundraising Target: £360

Quarter Challenge – 25km

With this challenge you choose which of the four 'quarter' options to walk. As with the other challenges you can also choose the speed – you can run, walk or jog the route.
