Sign up via Charity Challenge and make sure to choose to take on your challenge in support of The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity. Registration fees and minimum fundraising targets depend on the event and funding option you choose.
Each trek offers a self-funding option as well as a charity sponsorship registration. On each event page, you will also find crucial information about what's included, what to bring with you, and travel details.

Philippa's story
Philippa and her husband Jon chose to take on the Trek to Machu Picchu to celebrate Philippa's all-clear after nine years of cancer treatment, raising over £6,600 for The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity.
"I wanted to do something big and challenging to mark this point in my life and push myself out of my comfort zone! I have always wanted to go to Machu Picchu, so now was my chance to take on a challenge and raise funds for this very important charity.
"Trekking in the Andes is breathtaking. Seeing Machu Picchu for the first time is something I will never forget. It meant so much to me, thinking of all my sponsors and those who hadn’t made it through cancer treatment, I felt so lucky to be there."
